In New Zealand there is no compulsory vehicle insurance so in the case of a collision with another vehicle that may not be insured you are liable for the cost to the car you hired.
You are fully liable though for any costs or damages if you breach any terms or conditions of the agreement.
In the unfortunate case you are involved in an accident, take down all the details of the other parties involved and contact us immediately.
For breakdowns though all of our cars include a nationwide AA breakdown cover, free for you to use to get you on the road again as quickly as possible.
We will hold a bond on your credit card over the duration of your hire period, should there be any additional charges required.
